Book-sizes are being characterised by their height:

| 8vo | | octavo: height: 15 - 25 cm, most common size small-8°: 15 - 18,5 cm 8°: 18,5 - 23 cm large-8°: 23 - 25 cm |
| 4to | | quarto: height: 25 - 35 cm |
| folio (2°) | | height: 35 cm or more |

CONDITION
The condition-rating, as quoted in the article description, are as accurate as possible but nonetheless, approximate. Specific defects are mentioned within the description text.
