The contract between the purchaser and the company, Sanderversand, comes
into force for the purchaser when the order has been placed and thereby the
terms of business have been accepted as laid out below. The contract comes
into force for the company, Sanderversand, when the articles ordered are
dispatched.
The company offers all articles without any obligation to deliver i.e.
should there be more than one order for any article, the purchase order
that we receive first will be given precedence and we will not be able or
obliged to deliver items that are no longer in stock.
All prices are in EURO and include value-added-tax. Postage and packaging
are not included in this price.
None of the items offered for sale are new but we guarantee that they are,
in relation to their age in good condition, unless otherwise stated. Minor
defects are not always specifically mentioned, but any flaws are taken into
consideration when calculating the price of an article.
The purchaser is liable for all delivery costs and delivery is at the
purchaserıs own risk. The shipping costs consist of the current postage
rates calculated by weight and a standard cost for packaging with a maximum
of 0,50 Euro per package. Any items with a value exceeding 40, - Euros will
only be sent insured within Germany, or by registered mail outside Germany.
Special deliveries such as cash on delivery, express postage, or additional
insurance etc. are available on request and the purchaser is liable for
these extra costs.
An invoice will be sent with all deliveries. The invoice must be paid in
full within 14 days of receipt. Bank charges for money transfers originating
outside Germany are at the purchaserıs cost. We reserve the right to request
prior payment for invoices with higher sums and for deliveries outside
Germany.
Failure to comply with our terms of payment will be pursued through the
courts according to § 455 BGB.
Refunds and complaints: Private individuals within the jurisdiction of the
European Union can, according to § 3 FernAbsG and § 361a BGB, cancel
any order within 14 days of receipt of the ordered article. The order can be
cancelled by returning the package, with the correct postage and securely
packed, or by sending a notification ahead, but always within the 14 day
limit. In the case of return items, the purchaser is liable for the loss of,
or any damage to the goods and they will be liable for all costs in full. We
will repay return postage of any articles with a value exceeding 40, - Euro,
on condition that the package is returned in a Deutsche Post packet within
Germany (this is then automatically insured) and by registered mail from
abroad. Goods with a value of more than 400, - Euro have to be returned as
an insured package. Please appreciate, that we are unable to take receipt of
any packages that are returned without the correct postage.
Guarantee: any complaints or requests for a refund must be made within 14
days of receipt of the said article and in writing. Any defects or flaws
that have been specifically mentioned in the article description are exempt
from refund. There is a statutory limit of one year for any claims made in
regards to second hand goods.
Books and articles that contain National Socialistic material will only be
sold for the purposes of historical or scientific research or for historical
works. The buyer commits himself by acceptance of our terms not to use any
such documents or articles to promote the ideals of National Socialism,
according to § 86a StGB.
Safety of data: Your personal data will be stored solely for the purpose of
completing contracts and will be kept in our records only as long as
required by the fiscal authorities. We guarantee that your data will be
treated in the strictest confidence and never be passed on to third parties.
If a provision of these terms is ineffective, this does not affect the effictiveness of the remaining provisions.
German law under exclusion of the UN Sales Convention is applicable.
